| MOSIAH
As Mosiah King was set apart--
His Father Wisdom did impart;
"Search records which our lives maintain--
Teach 'Good' so Families Good obtain;"
Without these Plates of Brass and Gold--
We would dwindle as foretold;
Today his words ring loud and clear--
Ponder Words of Life you hear.

| THE ENTANGLED CHAIN
A Locket Chain may tangled be--
That no way is found to set it free;
Our Lives can be entangled too--
If we've done deeds we shouldn't do;
To live untangled you must read--
The Prophets' Words that straight paths lead.

BENJAMIN'S TOWER
Before the day King Benjamin died--
He built a tower--whereon he cried:
"Ye serve your God when men--serve Ye--
Endure thus to the end and then God Ye shall see."
From the tower he built, some unfaithful he spied--
Who believed not his words, or denied--of them lied;
The torment for such is an unquenchable fire--
But, the Righteous progress to exist even higher.

In His Name He's cleansed all sin--
Babes and 'Forgivens' He'll gather in;
In His Name He'll Judge us All--
To Glories or Fire, we'll rise or fall.

| BEGGING
Some come a begging at our door--
Importuning us for more;
Some need money, others food--
Give of means then no one need brood.
Some have need for inner care--
Wanting that their life seem fair;
We're responsible that filled they'll be--
In outward desires and inwardly.

MIGHTY CHANGE
King Benjamin's folk made a Covenant true--
So Spiritually Rebirthed Christ's Children we view;
Lord's Name upon them they did gladly take--
They're Sealed unto Him for their Good Works Sake.
We, Jesus' Folk of the Latter-Day--
Have made Promise His Works & Laws to obey;
When Spiritually Rebirthed we're Born Again--
We'll gladly be Sealed unto Him. Amen.

| FOLLOW A GOOD EXAMPLE
As Mosiah became King of Nephite Lands--
He followed Good Works of His Father's Hands;
He worked--that no tax on His Folk should be--
Taught Gospel is to live obediently.
Examples like Mosiah's that are truly good--
Are what in Life to follow, that we should;
Observe the Words of Prophets in This Day--
Elect Leaders, who service--well display.

| KING LIMHI
Mosiah sent out Ammon for to search out Zeniff's Folk--
They found them under bondage & the taxes burden-yoke;
Because they killed their Prophet and had fallen into sin--
In sorrow they began to pray for deliverance to begin.
In our own Day, do we neglect what Prophets say to do--
Then wonder tribulation's cause & how to make it through;
The Lord will give an answer & will send an Ammon here--
Christ's Prophet is preparing us for His Second Coming's near.

TWENTY FOUR PLATES OF GOLD
King Limhi, Ammon, did explain--
Of Records & bones on the plain;
Request was "Read these new found Plates--
And share with us those People's Fates."
Since Ammon Plates could not translate--
But, said Mosiah had "Seer" trait;
At Second Coming of our Lord--
Those thus in tune'll have All His Word.

Since Zeniff wished to gain Lands back--
He gathered who'd not falter or slack;
They bartered, and received a place--
Till foes overlording did embrace.
We must search our hearts deep within--
Before pursuits we do begin;
And certify through the Spirits Seal--
That our Plans laid for Him'll congeal.

The Lamanites have All rebelled--
From Pride, hard hearts have always swelled;
The problem's doing One's Own Will--
Instead of: "I will Thy Will Fulfill!"

FREEING SOULS FROM SIN'S SORROW
Thus evil Noah, Zeniff's Son--
Turned righteousness into wicked fun;
Abinadi, the Prophet, came--
And cried--Repent, in Savior's Name.
Just as that Folk let vile men reign--
And brought sin & tax--Folk's sorrow stain;
We must seek out best leading men--
Or repeat dooms--they had, again.

| ABINADI
Abinadi warned Noah's clan--
Of God & Judgment's fiery Plan;
From wickedness to turn away--
Or burning death each one would pay.
Those words fit us now, in Our Day--
Since evil ones will burn as hay;
The 'Good' He said, in Joy shall sing--
For we shall hail Christ, as our King.

| BECAUSE OF CHRIST'S ATONEMENT
Atonement is Life's very Key--
Because Christ suffered, we're set free;
The Laws, & Repentance, prepare each heart--
So Celestial Living, we can start.
Abinadi taught Mosaic Laws prepare--
For Christian Life, beyond compare;
Now, we God's Attributes here are taught--
So Millennial Living, we will have sought.

WOUNDED FOR US
The Savior, as He walked the Earth--
Was not accounted for much worth;
He Bore All Sins, through Grief & Pain--
That when we're Cleansed; His-type Life, might gain.
He was despesed, where He did walk--
Again Today, most reject Him in talk;
His wounds can heal Our Very Soul--
But, not till we've Pledged Him: Our Whole.

| THE WILL OF THE FATHER
The Savior did His Father's Will--
On Atonement--Resurrection Hill;
And who will Fruit of His Loins be?
The Prophets; & Who live obediently.
For us to be His Millennial Seed--
When Bridegroom shares the Feast He'll feed;
We must--each prompt of Christ Fulfill--
Then Heaven's ours, having done Father's Will.
